　　应该是你电脑中的microsoft.net framework删除或被误杀掉了。建议重新安装此程序。

　　microsoft.net framework版本的话，根据电脑系统而定。

　　windows xp 建议使用：microsoft .net framework 2.0

　　windows 7 建议使用：Microsoft.net framework 3.5
