My favourite food is beancurd(Tofu).I have learned many ways to cook with beancurd,like dry- fry,fried ,or cook it with sauce and so on.But my favorite way to cook with it is put Tofu and spicy together,this dish is called Spicy hot beancurd.In china,we call it Mapo Tofu,which taste spicy and salty.

Beanvurd food is also a health- benifit food,it contains Ferrum,Calcium,Phosphorus,Magnesium,etc.Also contain more sugar,vegetable oil,rich in protein,etc.It is a low-fat food,Today,people pursue healthy life and healthy diet,so people are more and more love tofu.
