哎呀,唱歌要订位,找客服;手机帐单有问题,找客服。生活上各种疑难杂症,找客服就对了。客服人员非常强大,因为【没有「客服」不了的事】!

 

 

 

(Tiffany is answering an online call at her office.)

Tiffany: AMC Phones Customer Service, this is Tiffany speaking.

Caller 1: Yes. I have a question about the new smartphone I bought.

Tiffany: Sure, how can I help you?

Caller 1: Well, sometimes it doesn’t turn on when it should. And at other times, it will freeze while I’m using it.

Tiffany: I’m sorry to hear that, sir. If you take it to one of our stores, they will look at it for you for free. Is there anything else I can help you with?

Caller 1: No, that’s it for today. Thank you, good-bye.

(Tiffany takes another online phone call.)

Caller 2: Hello? Is this AMC Phones?

Tiffany: Yes, this is Tiffany at AMC Phones Customer Service. How may I help you?

Caller 2: I’m having some problems with my smartphone. It occasionally stops working while I’m using it. Also, sometimes when I try to turn it on, it won’t do anything.

Tiffany: I apologize for any trouble this has caused you, miss. We’ve receivedsimilar complaints. I will report your problems to our technicians, and they’ll look into it right away.

Caller 2: Thank you. I’m just really disappointed with this phone, especiallyconsidering how expensive it was to buy.

Tiffany: I understand, miss. Once the problems are solved, we will contact you immediately. May I have your name and phone number?

Caller 2: Sure, thank you so much for doing this.
