The kitchen is a major consumer of water in the home, using around 10% of tota household water consumption for cooking, cleaning, washing, or drinking.厨房是家中的用水大户，占到家庭总用水量（包括做饭、清洁、饮用等）的近10%。
Top Tap Tips:节水妙方：
* When washing dishes by hand, don’t rinse them under a running tap. If you have two sinks, fill the second one with rinsing water. If you have only one sink, stack washed dishes in a dish rack and rinse them with a pan of hot water.* 不要在流水下漂洗餐具，如果你有两个水池，将其中的一个盛满水来漂洗。如果你只有一个水池，将洗好的餐具堆放在架子上，然后用一锅热水一起漂洗。
* Use washing-up liquid sparingly as this will reduce the amount of rinsing required when washing dishes by hand.* 尽可能少用洗涤剂，这样可以节省漂洗时的用水量。
