I think blind side is a good movie. The story line is very inspiring, because the movie told one way how to be a good Christian family when you live at United states (because there were many dialogue that mention about Christianity). And the journey of the poor boy Michael Oher, who at the first did not know the Tuohys and then became a part of The Tuohys and protector for the youngest member of the tuohy, S.J. Tuohy.

The screenplay was very good, you can see many parts of their life. From the first time when The Tuohys met Michael until he got to the university. And there are real footage and pictures from the real character too, and they really helped me to knew the real persons behind the story.

I wasn't very surprised when Sandra Bullock got an Oscar for her performance as Leigh Anne Tuohy, because she had done a great job by acting as a kind rich mother. Especially her accent, it was very convincing.

Don't worry just because that this is a drama movie so you have to cry all along. I think this movie is fun to watch. Even when I watched it with my family, everybody laugh because a few hilarious parts. So, if you like drama and sport movies, I think this is just for you and you must watch it.

A nosy but very nice lady (Sandra Bullock) convinces her husband (Tim McGraw) to bring Michael home...at least for the night.But this one night turns into a permanent living situation and he becomes an important part of the family.However,despite this new living arrangement working out well,Michael is so far behind in school and his GPA so low that he hasn't a prayer to play football in college.That's because although many schools are now offering him athletic scholarships,his GPA is too low to allow him to accept these offers.So,with his new family's help,perhaps he can pull up those grades and have a future.

This film is super-inspirational and sweet--mostly because it's true.I am sure that some poetic license was taken when making the film (I especially wonder if the little brother could be THIS precocious and adorable),but overall they did a good job of sticking reasonably close the facts.While I loved Sandra Bullock's performance (she's great as usual),I was a bit surprised that she received Oscar for it--I did see a few performances in other films that year that I thought were a bit better (such as the leading young lady in "Precious").Also,Tim McGraw,while a lesser role in the film,did a surprisingly good job--especially as he's really known as a country singer,not an actor.All around,a very good film and one that is meant to inspire.

It was just sooooo great!So much fun,too!It's like every high school musical theater junkie's dream.Everyone was just excellent and the directing was superb.And I love the message this movie sends to young minds,that you explore other facets of expression other than the one that's socially acceptable.And I love the little undertones and subtleties throughout the film.And I love how all the tough mean hard guys are CLEARLY dancers in real life.I was muy impressed!Everything and everyone was perfect.From the clothes,casting,choreography,sets.it all looks like a dream.And in beautiful clear New Mexico.Who could want anything more!

This is the type of a film that's never boring no matter how often you watch it.It deserved every single award it got.It's touching,it's timeless and it's downright beautiful.I'm not a huge friend of extended versions because there's usually a perfectly good reason to take something out of the film and none whatsoever to put it back again,if pleasing hardcore fans isn't a good reason - that's totally a matter of opinion.However,"Dances with wolves" is certainly an exception.

The nearly four hour version is the only one to be.Sure it sounds like it's too much but when you watch the movie it doesn't look a minute overlong and cutting even a second out of it would seem like a horrible crime.The original theater version was 52 minutes shorter which sound too cruel to be true.I mean really,what's there to cut?If you haven't seen "Dances with wolves" yet you have missed one of the greatest motion picture experiences of the 90's and you should do something about it instantly.

Even wanted to travel to the center of the earth?I am sure not many would have even thought of this.If it is travelling to a different country especially a popular tourist destination then I am sure all people will be willing.Even if it is a popular shopping destination for example like the Dubai Shopping Festival or the Malaysia Mega Sale I am sure you will find many takers.Even space travel will fascinate most of us and you will find lots of takers on making a trip to outer space.However,going to the center of the earth,no way would be most people’s first thought.Well you can make this journey quite safely with the new movie “Journey To The Center Of The Earth” with Brendan Fraser for company.What’s exciting about this movie is that it’s in 3D and while it is based on Jules Verne popular book there are deviations in it with creatures like dinosaurs,piranhas,man eating plants (yeah like Peter Jackson’s King Kong) and most will leap out at you this being a 3D movie.The storyline/plot is weak,but the 3D special effects will certainly get the ball rolling.Being in India I will have to wait a while before being able to catch the movie,but if you can then do watch it and let me know how it turns out.
